Each month, we’ll feature the chocolate of a single artisan small-batch producer. Included will be three or four chocolate bars that demonstrate the unique complexity of craft chocolate. These producers are intimately involved in the entire production, from sourcing (or growing!) some of the best cacao in the world, to roasting and refining, who use their expertise to create their own artistic expression of a particular cocoa bean.
Available for in-store pickup only. Orders placed on or before the last Friday of the month will be available for pickup on the first Friday of the following month (subject to availability.) Orders placed after the last Friday of the month will be delayed one month.
