Raclette is a popular traditional Alpine dish that originated in Valais, Switzerland sometime in the 1200s. And let’s just say melting delicious alpine cheeses is as relevant as ever.

We recommend serving with potatoes as is Swiss tradition, but we also love roasted vegetables, pickles, and experimenting with new ideas. Basically, it’s your Raclette night, your rules.

Whether you’ve got your own Raclette grill at home or you’d like to rent one of ours, our menu offers a cheese and meat course perfect for you! If you’ve not had Raclette before, we recommend starting with the Traditional cheeses tier and Classic meats. But feel free to mix and match tiers! Call, email, or stop in the shop to inquire about availability and to reserve your Raclette.

Each Rental includes the Raclette Grill for serving up to eight (8) people and instructions for use (please read them!) Also included, one jar of cornichons.
