All the warm, cozy vibes you’ve been looking for. Gooey, melted brie with fig spread and marcona almonds all wrapped up in some puff pastry. It comes frozen, and you’ll need an oven and an egg. Serves a meal for two, appetizer for four, bites for six, or a whole dang evening for one.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Beat one egg to make an egg wash. Brush pastry with egg wash.
Bake from frozen for 50 minutes until beautifully golden, checking color periodically. [If defrosted, cut bake time to 35 minutes, checking periodically.)
Be Patient. Wait 10-15 minutes to cool. (If you cut immediately, the brie will be super hot and extra oozy… basically it’ll be a mess, but this is up to you!)
